Refund Policy
1. Return and Refund Eligibility
At Grozelonvik, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Vital Harmony. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return and refund subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@grozelonvik.world with the following information:
- Your order number or purchase confirmation
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if approved.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In cases where the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@grozelonvik.world. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please include photos of the defect or damage in your email to help us process your request quickly.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@grozelonvik.world and we will provide instructions.
10. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to this Refund Policy.
